Grace Malcolm178 days agoI unfortunately had some water damage in my home due to a broken filtration system. Because the break occurred under my kitchen sink in the closet it was not detected right away until it seeped under my floor boards throughout the kitchen and other areas. I contacted my insurance company and My girlfriend recommended Cloud 9 Claims, a public Adjuster, to work on my behalf with the insurance company. It was the best move I ever made. Kathy Bromwell912 days agoCloud 9 helped me get an insurance claim through from Hurricane Ian. My insurance company had no intent of helping or guiding me, nor paying a legitimate claim. As if the victims of the hurricane hadn't been through enough only to start the recovery process to find out your insurance is working against you, not with you. Cloud 9 changed that for me. They explained the process every step of the way and negotiated with my insurance company to where I was able to avoid mediation, litigation and ultimately settle for the coverage I deserved. John Gobar933 days agoRenzo and Cloud Nine Claims are LIFE SAVERS !!!! After 4 months and over 60 hours of time vested TRYING to work with the insurance company to file our claim; we hired Renzo with Cloud Nine Claims. We have multiple properties and after hurricane Ivan, my wife Karen and I had gotten no where after over 60 hours of phone calls and emails. The insurance companies were strategically and systematically delaying, dodging and avoiding our calls and emails, even switching agents every other 2 weeks. It literally was driving us out of our minds. So much stress and anger. We were at dead end. We got referred from a friend of ours and said that we needed to hire a public adjuster and worked with Renzo and that he had a great experience with him, so we reached out to Renzo. After meeting Renzo at our property, and after his inspection of the damage, we immediately knew we wanted to work with him and Cloud Nine Claims. Renzo was so professional and knowledgeable, and his experience shined through. We signed the paperwork an He took over the claim process for us and really go things going. We couldn't believe it but Shortly within 3-4 weeks we had reached an agreement with the insurance company and got our payment shortly after. We were amazed!!! We were so happy and satisfied. We quickly hired him for another property that we had the same issue, in which they tried to pay us tens of thousands less then the damage we had. Again within about a month Renzo got that property settled as well; with ALL the money we needed and deserved. Again we got our settlement very quickly. We are so thankful for Renzo and all his expertise in helping us in one of the most stressful and difficult times, he took all the stress of us and got the impossible job DONE!! Amazing !!!! Carlton Bennett999 days agoI highly recommend the use of the good folks at Cloud 9 Claims LLC if you have been victimized by unscrupulous property insurers. Cloud 9 Claims LLC successfully guided us through a year long process of trying to get a fair settlement for damage to our home caused by Hurricane Ian. Initially, we sought relief from our insurance company UPC who subsequently filed for bankruptcy and left us a settlement that was insulting. We were subsequently left in the hands of the Florida Insurance Guarantee Association (FIGA) who demonstrated a level of inefficiency that is difficult to describe. Our point of contact at Cloud 9, Renzo Camano, was clear and very straightforward in telling us what we could expect out of FIGA. He was the consummate professional in dealing with every roadblock they through in our path. Even during those times when we lost our patience with the whole process he was the voice of calm and reason. Ultimately, we were successful in getting a settlement out of FIGA that we could live with. We gladly paid Cloud 9 the fee for their services because there was no way we would have gotten it without them or going through the expense of hiring a law firm. I hope that I will never have the need for a Public Adjuster again, but if I do I will certainly hire Cloud 9 again.Posted on Google

Tim Chaney1049 days agoRenzo of Cloud 9 claims has been outstanding. Insurance company refused to cover my roof after 4 trees and 155 mph winds destroyed my roof. He kept me updated through the process and insurance finally decided to cover costs of the new roof after hiring Cloud 9. This company is Highly recommend!!!Posted on Google
James coe1058 days agoMy agent, Renzo from Cloud9claims stayed with me completely through the year in one month and it took to figure out all of the logistics of getting my insurance payment from the insurance company. Very knowledgeable company knew what I needed to do took care of most of the actions for me I just needed to stand up and tell him very happy. Would have no problem recommending our company to anybody that’s having issues collecting money from a claim on any insurance company. Cloud 9’s expertise in the field of insurance claims was so extensive and refreshing. All I did was sit back and Cloud 9 took over all aspects of dealing with my hurricane insurance company. They took their time to make sure I received all that was due to me from the insurance company. I’ll put it like this if it wasn’t for Cloud 9 my insurance my insurance company wouldn’t have given me one third of what I received by hiring Cloud 9, they were well worth their weight in gold.
